MPower Framework and UN Human Rights Treaties

This fact sheet identifies specific parts of United Nations human rights treaties that can be used to promote tobacco control goals in alliance with the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC), and makes a case for use of non-tobacco treaties as a tool.
